Aileen Palmer

Aileen E. Palmer, 65, of Chester died Wednesday, April 30, 2008. She was the daughter of the late Eleanor Mae and James C. Harris. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Petersburg. Survivors include her daughter, Darleen E. Matthews of New Kent; a foster son, Tyler Cannon of Chester; a twin sister, Eileen H. Kirby and husband, Tom of New Kent; a brother, James C. Harris II, and wife Nargis of Richmond and nieces Rayna Harris of New Kent and Sheva Harris of North Carolina. A funeral service will be Tuesday May 6,2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday(tonight) at the funeral home.
