Aliease Tutton

Aliease J. Tutton, 86, of Hopewell, passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2010. Mrs. Tutton was the daughter of the late George and Molly Odom Spence. She was preceded in death by her husbands Andrew D. Johnson and Jessie Tutton and a daughter Carol Potter. Mrs. Tutton was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Hopewell Ward. She is survived by her daughters; Lydia Ballard and husband Rodney of Chesterfield, Cheryl Chapman and husband Guy of Midlothian, Gwendlyn Lee and husband Jerry of Prince George; twelve grandchildren, thirty one great-grandchildren, one great - great grandchild, brother Frank Spence of Emporia. The family will receive friends 3 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 2, 2011 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 2033 Boulevard where a funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. with the Bishop Robbie Vance officiating. Interment will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 3, 2011 in Bermuda Memorial Park Enon, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
