Andrew Buhrman

Andrew Nicholas Buhrman, 29, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Michael Buhrman; his maternal grandparents, Edward and Yvonne Myers; and his paternal grandparents, Gerald and Ann Buhrman. He was a 2002 graduate of Colonial Heights High School, a 2004 graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute, and was currently employed as a Shipping Clerk at D.B. Schenker. Andrew's joy in life was spending time with very special friends on the weekends. Andrew will be greatly missed. He is survived by his loving mother, Jeannie Myers Buhrman, his brother, Christopher Buhrman and wife, Abbey of North Dinwiddie; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of special friends. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Hilbert Dorn officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park Chester, Virginia. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
