Andrew Darling

Andrew L. Darling 61, of Petersburg, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Southside Regional Medical Center. He was born June 19, 1954 to Leonard and Madeline Strait Darling. Mr. Darling was a United States Army Veteran. He is survived by his loving wife; Chong Suk Darling, son; Charles Darling and wife; Melissa, a daughter, Andrea Pederson husband, Gregory, grandchildren, Charles Darling Jr., Andrew Darling, Jenna Pederson, Jade Pederson, Shane Pederson, two brothers; Leonard Darling and wife Margaret, William Darling, and one sister Priscilla McAvoy and husband Patrick. A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 16, 2015 at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia Court House, Virginia 23002, with the Reverend Eun-Gee Jun officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 3:00-4:30 p.m. at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.
