Ann Hickam Harrison 71, of Petersburg, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was born December 7, 1945 to the late Emmett Palmer Hickam and Della Virginia McGlothlin Hickam and was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary Caserta and Clarence Hickam. Ann was a member of Washington Street United Methodist Church in Petersburg, and was employed as the bookkeeper for St. Joseph Catholic School and retired from Goodman & Company. She was an avid bowler member of the ARUSBC Hall of Fame, and was the past president of the ARUSBC. Ann is survived by her husband, Fletcher Harrison; daughter, Kristy Holleman and husband, Bob of Colonial Heights; grandson, Bobby Holleman; granddaughter, Maggie Holleman; two sisters, Susan Day of Columbus, Ohio and Sandy Moore and her husband, Jim of Colonial Heights; a sister in-law Bambi Hickam, and numerous nieces and nephews and family members. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday July 17, 2017 at Butterwood Cemetery, 2411 Darvills Road, Blackstone, Virginia 23824. The family will receive friends from 3-4:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2017 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
