Ann Robinson

Ann E. Robinson, 80, of Chester, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2012 at her residence. Born in New York, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Lucille Cozier Ledgerwood. Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Elwood Robinson, and a daughter, Kathy Archer. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Freeman and husband, Horace of Richmond, Brenda Peacock and husband, Freddie of Chester, and Sandy Glover of Raleigh, North Carolina; a son-in-law, James "Bootie" Archer and wife, Donna of Petersburg; grandchildren, James Archer and wife, Tara, Jerry Rogers and wife, Danielle, Austin Archer, Breanne Peacock, Marcus Freeman, and Jordan Glover. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2012 in Bermuda Memorial Park, Enon. The procession to the cemetery will leave the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Flowers are welcome.
