Ann Russell

Ann Westmoreland Russell, 97, of Colonial Heights, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 16, 2021, with her family by her side.  Mrs. Russell was retired from Fort Lee, where she served as a supervisory writer/editor at the Quartermaster School.  She was preceded in death by two daughters, Bobbie Britton and Joi Rose.

Mrs. Russell is survived by five children, Jeannie Balch, Mark Russell (Mary Lou), Pat Kile, Annette Russell, and Paul Russell; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
