Anna Pearce

Ann "Betty" Pearce, 85, of Dinwiddie passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018, Born October 27, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Emoch and Mary Lorine Dean, and was also preceded in death by her husband, Milford Glynn Pearce, Sr.; brother, Raymond Dean; and sister, Carolyn Capps. Betty was proud to be a soldier's wife and loved the military lifestyle. She is survived by her sons, M. Glynn Pearce, Jr., and wife, Lana of Prince George, Rodney "Pete" Franklin Pearce and wife, Kathy of Newport News, Charles Daniel Pearce and fiancé, Dorsett Brown of Dinwiddie; five grandchildren, Logan Ryan Pearce, Nathan Elliot Pearce, Ashley Elizabeth Pearce, Amanda Arleen Sanford and Riley Jacob Pearce; two great-grandchildren, Oliva and Riley Pearce; brother, Otis John Dean and wife, Jane of Grand Prairie, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, FL 33607.
