Anne Tucker

Anne Jeanette (Granny-Ho Ho) Tucker, 62, of Mc Kenney, a native of Dinwiddie County, passed away Wednesday December 10, 2008. She was the daughter of the late Floyd A. Sr. and Martha N. Townsend Ozmore and was preceded in death by a nephew, William Bishop. Mrs. Tucker is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Charles B. Tucker; sisters, Priscilla "Kay" Stout and husband Robert of Dinwiddie, Betty O. Bishop, and Mary Sue Daniel all of Mc Kenney, two brothers, Dallas W. Ozmore and wife Ellen of Mc Kenney and Floyd A Ozmore Jr. and wife Shirley of Petersburg; brother in-law Clarence Tucker and wife Jerrie of Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews, Glenda Maitland, Charles & Martha Stout, Wanda Slaughter and Janet Ozmore; and a devoted friend Blair Neville. A funeral service will be held 2:30 p.m. on Saturday December 13, 2008 at Manson United Methodist Church 17211 Manson Church Road McKenney, 23872 with the Reverend Karen Workman officiating. Burial to follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening (tonight) from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory 3935 S Crater Road 23805. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Manson Church Building Fund.
