Annie Gravitte

Annie L. Gravitte, 82, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2009. She was the daughter of the late John William and Olivia Gordon Curtis, and the widow of Eugene Edward Gravitte. She is survived by a daughter, Jean G. Moore and husband, James of Colonial Heights; two grandchildren, Theresa Hudson and Edward Moore; five great-grandchildren, Lauren, Kellsie, Chad, Alexis, and Megan; a sister, Viola Lowe of Wakefield; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2009 in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester with the Reverend James Taylor officiating. Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. A special "Thanks" to Riverview on the Appomattox Nursing Home for their care and support.
