Beatrice Turner

Beatrice Hardy Turner, 80, of Colonial Heights, Va., formerly of College Park, Md., passed away on Monday, November 10, 2008. She was the widow of Mason T. Turner, the daughter of the late Robert and Hazel Dray Hardy and predeceased by a sister, Mary Martin; and two brothers, Robert and George Hardy. Mrs. Turner is survived by two daughters, Diane O'Dell and husband, Ken of Colonial Heights, Va., Lynne Adams and husband, Ray of Woodbridge, Va.; six granddaughters, Jennifer, Meghan, and Becca O'Dell of Colonial Heights, Va., Taryn, Heather and Lori Adams of Woodbridge, Va; a brother, Walter Hardy and wife, Dottie of St. Augustine, Fl., also several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Wesley United Methodist Church, 3701 Conduit Rd. Colonial Heights, Va. 23834, with the Reverend Al Thorne officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11:00a.m., one hour prior to the service If desired memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Wesley United Methodist Church.
