Betty Brown-Ingraham

Betty Joyce Brown-Ingraham 78, of Colonial Heights, passed away Tuesday September 16, 2014. She was born December 4, 1935 to the late Alonzo and Mary Sumner Napier, and was preceded in death by her first husband William R. Brown. Joyce liked to sing and play the piano and organ; she loved her coffee and spending time with family and church. She touched so many lives with her laughter and warm caring heart. Joyce is survived by her husband Jack Ingraham, daughter Vicki Payne and husband Michael, Pamela Williams and William Cahoon, Michelle Hacker and husband Craig, grandchildren Noble and Travis Payne, Ryan, Ericka and Emily Hacker, Alexis Cahoon. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday September 22, 2014 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard. Interment will be private.
