Betty Noto

Betty G. Noto, 89, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Southside Regional Medical Center. Born in Syracuse, New York, she was the daughter of the late George and Gertrude Christian Perks, and the widow of Dominick M. Noto Sr. Mrs. Noto was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Dominick M. Noto Jr.; two grandchildren, Brittany & Cory Noto; two brothers, Clifford and Paul Perks; two sisters, Linda G.
