Betty Seifried

Betty Lou Seifried of Colonial Heights passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July26, 2017. She was a native of Roanoke Rapids, NC and the daughter of the late Rose Edward and Gertrude Cutchin Cranford. Betty retired as a Procurement Supervisor at D.G.S.C. after 37 years of service. She was a member of the Oak Hill Garden Club as well as the Swift Creek Womens Club. Betty especially loved the Christmas Holidays, decorating her home for her family and friends to enjoy and celebrate the season. She is survived by her husband, Neil L. Seifried; a son, William N. Seifried and three daughters, Denise Wray (Robert), Vicki Seifried and Tami Seifried, thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday, July 28, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory. Funeral services will be private.
