Beulah Averette

Beulah Redd Averette, 91, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Roger Bailey and Bobbie Thomas Redd, and was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Averette. Mrs. Averette was preceded in death by two sons, William Michael Averette and Roy Earl Averette and four brothers. She is survived by two sisters, Barbara Redd Hall and husband, Linville of Colonial Heights and Nellie Redd Beale and husband, Henderson of Virginia Beach; numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Terri Mason officiating. Burial will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the funeral home and from 10 to 11:00 a.m. Thursday prior to the funeral service.
