Beverly George

Beverly A. George, 69 of Hartford, Connecticut, was quietly called by the angels on the morning of Tuesday March 8, 2022.  Beverly was born in Jamaica and moved to Hartford in 1967.  She worked for Travelers Insurance for over 20 years. She loved traveling and being near the ocean. Her vibrant and fun-loving spirit was displayed in her fondness of music and dancing. She was very spiritual and loved Christian music.  Beverly is predeceased by her mother, Levena C. Smith.  She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of more than 50 years, Joseph George, and their only child and Loving daughter, Sherry A. George.  She leaves behind her cousins Jennifer, Albert, and Jeffrey. Her cousin Hopeton, along with her sister in-laws Brenda George and Patricia George, and nieces Sherronda Davis and Shayla Williams, were very instrumental in the days leading to her transition. She is also survived by a host of extended family members in Jamaica, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Alabama, and Florida. Funeral Services will be Private.
