Beverly Roberts

Beverly Jean Roberts, 68, of Sutherland, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at her residence. Born in North Dakota, she was the daughter of the late Albert A. and Claiborne Harris Roberts. Mrs. Roberts was a retired Operator with Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company. She is survived by her life partner, Harold L. Lewis; four sons, Robert L. Lewis and wife, Sherry, Raymond L. Lewis and wife, Becky, Glen L. Lewis and wife, Stacy, and George L. Lewis all of Sutherland; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Dixie R. Jessup and husband, "J.C." of Dinwiddie; and a brother, Earl M. Roberts and wife, Joanne of Chesterfield. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2012 in the Petersburg Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3935 S. Crater Road with Father Jay Biber and the Revered Dwayne Walker officiating. Interment Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George.
