Brenda Hall

Brenda Lee "Penny" Brough Hall, 52, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2011 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Joseph W. Brough, and a member of the Elevation Church. Mrs. Hall is survived by her husband, Michael Jay Hall; daughter, Amber Christine Hall; her mother, Peggy J. Brough of Colonial Heights; a sister, Gay B. Brown of Dinwiddie; brothers, Joseph M. Brough of Colonial Heights, John W. Brough of Dinwiddie and Billy R. Brough of Colonial Heights. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 29, 2011 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with Pastor Joseph Bohetec officiating. Interment, Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
