Carol Ann Cregger, 80, of Prince George, passed away on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at her home. The daughter of the late William and Inaze Call, and was also preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Everett.

She worked for Hercules in Hopewell, for many years. Carol dedicated her life to her family. She was a loving and devoted wife and a nurturing mother to her children. Carol's greatest pleasure came from spending time with her family. Her home was always a haven of warmth and laughter, where countless cherished memories were made. She loved watching westerns on TV, with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband, James R. Cregger, of Prince George; sons, Brian and Timothy, of Dinwiddie; daughter, Lisa, of Dinwiddie; as well as numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Hayden, of Abingdon; and brothers, Johnny Call, of Farmville, and Mike and Raymond Call of Saltville.

A procession to the graveside service will be held at 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at The Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3935 South Crater Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805, and will go to Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Crater Road Chapel of E. Alvin Small funeral home, 3935 South Crater Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805.
