Carol Waddell

Carol Sue Waddell, 76, of Chesterfield went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 24, 2015. Born on September 21, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Ray Ellsworth and Ella Jane Farley, and was also preceded in death by her brothers, Marcus and Norman Farley. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Kenneth Paul Waddell; son, Gregory and his wife, Kathryn; daughter, Paula Payne and her husband, Tony; granddaughters, Emma Waddell and Dawn Tolley; grandson, Chad Payne; and great granddaughter, Alayna Payne; sisters, Pauline Meadows and Janice Meador; and brother, Ronald Farley. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, Virginia, with Reverend Aaron Holbacks officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
