Catherine Random

Catherine Random, 82, of Colonial Heights passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Wanda Lewandowski White. Mrs. Random was preceded in death by her husband, Richard G. Random, and a son, Richard J. Random. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Colonial Heights and the Federal Bureau of Prison Retirees. Mrs. Random is survived by her daughters, Joan Humphrey of Torrington, Connecticut, and Pamela J. Browning of Colonial Heights; three grandchildren, Rain Marie Birch, Chad Humphrey, and Brandon Sliech; six great-grandchildren; a brother, John White of New Hampshire; and a sister, Agnes Petrucci of Massachusetts. A funeral mass will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 24, 2008 in St. John's Catholic Church, 7215 Squirrel Level Road, Petersburg, Virginia 23805 with Father David L. Nott, Celebrant.
