Catherine Traylor

Catherine A. Traylor of Chesterfield passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the Medical College of Virginia. She was born February 6, 1941 to the late Robert Parker Atkins and Kathryn Virginia Perry Atkins. She was also preceded in death by her son, David Matthew Traylor and a brother, William Atkins. Mrs. Traylor is survived by her husband, David Lee Traylor; daughter, Jennifer Traylor (Timothy) of Petersburg; adopted daughters, Adrienne Cooper, Angela Jones, Yolanda Clayton, and Delphine Seckman; sisters-in-law, Crystal Gulledge, Brenda Lightcap, and Cheryl Traylor and Numerous Nieces and Nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, November 18, 2013 in Sunset Memorial Park Chester, Virginia with the Reverend Dr. Dorothy O'Quinn officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, November 17, 2013 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard.
