Catherine Brown Wamsley, 60, of Matoaca, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2009 at her residence. Mrs. Wamsley was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Brown. She is survived by her husband, Randolph Wamsley; son, Joseph Wamsley and wife, Lisa; three grandsons, Kyle and Travis Wamsley, and Ryan Elder; parents, Evelyn J. and Carrol Brown Jr.; two sisters, Connie McFalls and Janie Lewis; a brother, Wayne Brown; nieces, Cheryl Lewis, Sandy Hawkins, Elaine and Audrey Wamsley.
