Catherine Widomski

Catherine L. Widomski, 70, of Blackstone, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2011 at Heritage Hall Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. A native of Maryland, she was the daughter of the late John and Louise Smith Gauss, and the widow of Casimir Widomski. Mrs. Widomski is survived by a son, Paul Joseph Widomski of Maryland; two daughters, Jean Marie Gaidowski of Kenbridge, and Mary Louise Virtue of Maryland; a brother, John William Gauss of Maryland; twelve grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 903 S. Main St Blackstone, Virginia 23824.
