Cecil Conrad Sr.

Cecil Conrad Sr., 86, of Richmond, formerly of Dinwiddie County, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 13, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary J. Conrad. Mr. Conrad is a Retired United States Army veteran with the 82nd Airborne. He is survived by his children, Cecil Conrad Jr. and wife, Teresa of Prince George, Shelia Conrad Keen and husband, William of Church Road; Elaine Funai and husband, Keith of Chesterfield, Michael R. Conrad and wife, Janice of Dinwiddie, Timothy S. Conrad of McKenney, Carmen C. Hardy and husband, Kenneth of Prince George; step-children, Benny Burke and wife, Darlene, and Danny Burke and wife, Teresa all of Hurley; six grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a brother, Willis Conrad of Hurley; and a brother-in-law, Stewart Justus of Hurley. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, July 17, 2011 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will be private.
