Charles Henry Bollinger III, 68, of Chesterfield died Wednesday, October 31, 2012 in Johnston Willis Hospital. A native of Petersburg, he was son of the late Charles Henry Bollinger, Jr. and Bernice Pond Bollinger. He was a master electrician and owner and operator of C.H. Bollinger Electrical Contractor. He is survived by his wife, Audrey L. Bollinger; a daughter, Tracy Bollinger Burke and husband, Monte of Chesterfield; a son, Scott Bollinger and wife, Kim of Dinwiddie; two grandchildren, Morgan and Elliott Burke; three sisters, Gay B. Owen, Merrily B. Fable and Bobbie Scott McCabe; father-in-law, W. Frank Perkinson all of Chesterfield. The family will receive friends Saturday, November 3, 2012, 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Home & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. A memorial service will be held Sunday 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home. May the work I have done and the life I have lived speak for me.
