Charles Franklin Jr.

Charles Franklin Jr., age 68, passed away on Sunday, January 10. 2021.  He was born in Walton, New York and lived in Downsville until he relocated to the Northwest.  He was a heavy equipment operator for over 40 years, and loved to camp, hunt and fish.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Franklin; stepson, Robert Brown; daughters, Amy Arce and Nicole Franklin; granddaughters, Meagan Avery, Athena Arce; grandsons, Chans Arce, Marquis Lynch; one great-grandchild, Ezri Avery.  He has several nieces and nephews.  He is also survived by his sister, Camella Golden of Tucson; nephew, Christopher Golden and wife, Lexi and great nephew, Jasper.  Also survived by brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Sherri Ashley; niece and nephew-in-law, Dianna and Steve Rosbicki; great nieces, Brianna and Hailey; nephew-in-law, Shawn Ashley.

A Celebration of Life will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E.
