Charles Gerlach

MSG Charles W. Gerlach, USA (ret.) died Tuesday, January 7, 2014 in Richmond, Virginia. He was born on August 29, 1940 in Palmyra, Pennsylvania to the late Charles K. and Katherine Wagner Gerlach. A dedicated and beloved husband, father, and grandfather, he is survived by his wife, Brigitte H. Gerlach; two daughters, Christina McCarter and Nancy Richmond; and four grandsons. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 16, 2014 in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia, Virginia 23002.
