Charles Sadler

Charles Benjamin Sadler, 82, of Chester, passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ellen Sadler and sister, Dorothy Craig.  He is survived by his wife, Linda Sadler; daughter, Tracy Tuck (Alan); son, Chuck Sadler; granddaughter, Lauren Sadler.  After graduating from MCV in 1960, he worked as a pharmacist for over 50 years at various pharmacies such as, Drug Fair, Standard, Pharmor, Eckerd’s and Rite Aid. Charlie was a member of the Heights Baptist Church and Faith Builders’ Life Group. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at E. Alvin Small Funeral Home in Colonial Heights on Thursday, April 15 and again from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the funeral at The Heights Baptist Church at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum.  Charlie was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.  The family takes solace in knowing he is no longer in pain and is with our Lord and Savior.
