Charlotte Bowman

Charlotte R. Bowman 78, of Blackstone, died Friday December 19, 2008 at Community Memorial Health Center in South Hill. She was the daughter of the late Curtis Elton Bowman and Rosa Applewhite Bowman. Miss Bowman retired from Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company after many years of service. All funeral services will be private. The Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Home and Crematory 2033 Boulevard are handling the arrangements.
