Christopher Scott "Scotty" Cooper 39, of Colonia Heights, passed away Friday January 13, 2012 at Southside Regional Medical Center. He attended Destination Church in Colonial Heights. Scotty is survived by his wife Lori Cooper of Colonial Heights, two sons Michael and Travis Cooper, mother and father J.C. and Lanelle Cooper of Colonial Heights, brother, Jay Cooper of Colonial Heights, and a niece Amanda Cooper of Colonial Heights. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday January 16, 2012 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard with the Pastor Larry Briggs and the Reverend Rodney Jenkins officiating. Interment Private. The family will receive friends 3- 4:30 p.m. Sunday January 15, 2012 at the funeral home.
