In his free time, he loved driving, sight-seeing, and cutting grass. He also enjoyed being a handyman and doing odd jobs for anyone who needed help. He loved being outdoors even if only sitting on his carport and watching cars go by. He was very sociable and loved talking to any and everyone. He was also an avid NASCAR race fan.
