Cora Seay

Cora Frances Seay, 76, of Petersburg, passed away Friday July 23, 2010, at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg. Mrs. Seay, a native of South Carolina, was the daughter of the late Lester and Corrine Butler Rumfelt and the widow of John Dean Seay. She was also preceded in death by a son, Johnny Lester Seay. Mrs. Seay is survived by a daughter, Barbara Seay of Petersburg; two brothers, James and Richard Rumfelt both of Laurens, SC; grandchildren, Daniel, Denice, Angela, and Russell and loving poodle, Tangerine.. The family will receive friends on Monday July 26, 2010 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Funeral services will take place at a later date at Kennedy Mortuary, Laurens, SC, with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
