Cynthia Aaron

Cynthia Jean Aaron, 51, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2008 at John Randolph Medical Center after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, John Aaron of Colonial Heights; son, Matthew Aaron; parents, Claude E. Jordan, Sr. and Jean of Matoaca; sisters, Cathy Daniel (David) of Colonial Heights, and Peggy Jordan Talbott (Dink) of Colonial Heights; brother, Claude E. Jordan, Jr. (Robin) of Matoaca; brother-in-law, Mike Aaron (Pat) of Liberty, Texas; uncle, Harry D. Shelor of Charles Town, West Virginia; several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, 2008 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with Mr. Herbert Small and Pastor Charles Bennett officiating. Interment Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Flowers are welcome, or the family would appreciate donations to Autism Speaks, for Mrs. Aaron's two nephews that live with this condition daily.
