Daniel Flexon

Daniel Randolph Flexon, 19, of Colonial Heights, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, H. Brian Flexon. Daniel was a student at John Tyler Community College. He is survived by his paternal grandparents, Howard "Butch" Flexon and Geneva S. Flexon of Colonial Heights; maternal grandmother, Dianne Stell Demello of Hopewell; mother, Jennifer R. Jones of Albuquerque, New Mexico; two half-sisters, Kristin A. Reeder and Alexis D. Albert; aunt, Jessica Palmore of Chesterfield; cousins, Brian, Courtney and Carly Palmore; great-grandmother, Joanne S. Slaughter; special friend, Donna; and his extended family and friends that he loved. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 16, 2013 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Dr. John P. Mason and the Reverend Dr. Steve Felker officiating. Burial will take place 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Cutbanks Baptist Church Cemetery, 24203 Cutbank Road, McKenney, Virginia 23872. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2013 at the funeral home.
