Daniel Johnston

Daniel Louis Johnston, 54, of Chesterfield, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019. He was a member of Christian Life Church in Chesterfield, worked electrical maintenance for Philip Morris, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Johnston is survived by his wife of 27 years, Shelley Johnston; children, Brittany, Corey, Matthew, and Caleb Johnston; mother, Linda Scherer (Don); father, Herman Johnston (Gayle); siblings, David Johnston, Julie Kieser, and Kim Johnston; and nieces and nephews, Heidi, Heather, Amber, Jennifer, Justin, Michael, Tyler, and Kari. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834. A funeral service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Christian Life Church, 12501 Life Trail, Chester, Virginia 23831.
