David Clements

David Scott Clements, 46, of Powhatan, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at St. Francis Medical Center. Mr. Clements was the grandson of the late Mr. & Mrs. Leroy Franklin and Rachel Clements. He is survived by his wife, Debra L. Clements; a son, David Scott Clements Jr. and a daughter, Rebecca Lynn Clements both of Powhatan; his parents, L. Frederick and Shirley Beasley Clements of Chesterfield; a brother, L. Frederick Clements Jr. of Alabama; maternal grandmother, Ruth Beasley of Colonial Heights and the late Herman Beasley. A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 1, 2009 in Branch's Baptist Church, 3400 Broad Rock Boulevard, Richmond with the Reverend Matthew Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at church. Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
