David Mitchell

David C. Mitchell, 66, of Chester, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2014. He is survived by wife, Barbara; daughter, Betsy Mitchell; two brothers, Maurice L. Mitchell and his wife, Bonnie and William M. Mitchell; nephew, Matthew Mitchell; nieces, Kathleen Johnston and Rebecca Wiegard; and their children. David was always proud of his service in the Virginia National Guard and the U.S. Navy. Services will be private. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Paralyzed Veterans of America, 801 Eighteenth Street, N.W. Washington, DC. 20006. Arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
