In loving memory of David H. Richardson, born March 17, 1953, in Petersburg, Va., passed away peacefully at his home in Chester, Va., on Oct. 16, 2008, following a chronic illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Winston H. Richardson and Frances P. Richardson. He graduated from Colonial Heights High School in 1972 and received a B.A. from St. Leo College. He was a former longtime employee of Phillip Morris. He is survived by his daughter, Amber M. Richardson; and grandson, William "Caleb" Hinchey; devoted friend and caregiver, Faye Richardson; brothers, Robert E. Richardson and Michael L. Richardson; nephews, Mark R. Richardson and Michael H. Richardson; stepdaughter, Janette C. Moore and family. He is also remembered by Evelyn Carter. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, 2008, at Fellowship Baptist Church, 2154 Coxendale Road, Chester, Va., with Pastor Vernard Camden, officiating.
