Debra A. Dail, 49, of Prince George, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015 at her residence. She is survived by a daughter, Rebecca Spence; a son, Ronald Lloyd Spence, Jr.; three grandchildren, Brenden Scott, Lukara Marie and Ronald Lloyd Spence III, all of Prince George; a sister; Kimberly Hagan of Elgin, South Carolina. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015 in the Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834 with Mr. Terand Taylor officiating. Interment will be private.
