Debra Lee Jabbour

Debra Lee Jabbour, a special child of God’s, was born to Frances and William on December 21, 1961. She passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024, and is now reunited with her parents in Heaven. Debbie is survived by her brother, Mark and his wife Sara, their son Samuel, and sister Alice and fiancé Charles (Butch) Berberich, as well as numerous cousins.

Debbie attended Progressive Adult Rehabilitation Center’s (PARC) Day Support Program and was a resident at their Julep House. Her many years with PARC enabled her to become her best self. We are most grateful for the loving care, support and devotion the PARC family gave to Debra, with a special thank you to Brittany Heckstall. 

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 151 W. Washington Street, Petersburg, VA 23803. Interment to follow at Bermuda Memorial Park at 1901 Bermuda Hundred Rd, Chester, VA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2024, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., at E. Alvin Small Funeral Home, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834.
