Deloris Kay

Deloris (Dee) Davis Kay, 75, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Davis. Mrs. Kay was a member of Highland United Methodist Church, the Eastern Star, and a founding member of Handicaps Unlimited. She was a retired Realtor, a private pilot, and flight attendant. Mrs. Kay was a pillar in the community, a strong Christian, an advocate for helping others in need, and a devoted wife & mother. She is survived by her husband, Ken Kay; her son, Jamison Kay; a sister, Dreama and husband, Nick; and nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the General Grand Chapter, OES 1618 New Hampshire Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20009-2549. Arrangements by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E.
