Dena Hines

Dena Marie Petrullo Hines, 76, of Colonial Heights, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth DeLeeuw Petrullo. Mrs. Hines is survived by her husband, Robert B. Hines, Jr.; sons, John K. Hines of Dinwiddie, Anthony H. Hines and Dean R. Hines both of Colonial Heights, a daughter, Elizabeth Marie Heath and her husband Chris also of Chesterfield; Robert B. Hines III and his wife Rhonda of Chesterfield; Cynthia J. Dillon and husband Pete of Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three brothers, and a dear friend Bobbie Iannon. A Catholic Prayer service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2008 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, with Fr. Lou Ruoff Celebrant. Interment to be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday in Oakwood Cemetery, South Hill, Virginia. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
