Dewey Frances Jones Millirons Dewey Frances Jones Millirons of Petersburg, Virginia left her earthly home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 9, 2013, after a lengthy illness. Dewey lived to the spry age of 86. She was born in Crewe, Virginia, and was the daughter of the late Alvin Lilbon Jones and Willie Firesheets Jones, and was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Estill Stinson Millirons; a son, Courtney Love; two sisters, Connie J. Harriman, Marian J. VanArsdall; and one brother, Alvin Jones. Mrs. Millirons was a proud member of Tabb Street Presbyterian Church and the Ladies Auxilary of the V. F.W. She loved her church and country and was always willing to help those in need. Mrs. Millirons is survived by two sons, Thomas Millirons, of Arizona, Rick Millirons and wife, Beverly of Inwood, West Virginia; daughter, Holly Napier of Maryland; three granddaughters, Jamie Murphy, Teisha Harris, Johnsie Napier; one grandson, Tommy Millirons; four great-grandchildren; brother, Dr. Courtney Jones and wife, Betty, of Silver Spring, Maryland; many nieces; nephews; cousins; and friends that she loved dearly. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in Tabb Street Presbyterian Church 29 W. Tabb Street Petersburg , Virginia 23803 with the Bishop Troy Kaichen, officiating. Interment will be private. The family wishes to express a special thank you to Tanya, Nancy and the rest of the staff at Colonial Heights Health Care and Rehabilitation Center and the wonderful staff at Southside Regional Medical Center.
