Donald Sprinkle

Donald Charles Sprinkle 79, of S. Chesterfield, passed away Monday, May 29, 2017. He was born July 27, 1937 to the late Glen Hugh Sprinkle and Katie E. Coley Sprinkle and was preceded in death by six brothers, Carl, Claude, Howard, Joe, Glen, Bill Sprinkle; three sisters, Edith Link, Lorainne Williamson and Virginia Haney. Donald was a United States Air Force Veteran and retired after many years of service from Honeywell. He is survived by his wife, Donna M Sprinkle; children, David Copley of Dinwiddie, Jennifer Copley-Nichols of Chesterfield, Laura Sprinkle Powell of Matoaca; grandchildren, Tamara Brooke Cairns, Lillian Grace Copley-Nichols, Avalee Georgia Mae Powell; two great-grandchildren, Brent Thomas Cairns and Easton David Cairns; sisters, Nina Barrow of Charleston, South Carolina, Evelyn Brown of Oakwood, Virginia; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017 in Southlawn Memorial Park Prince George, Virginia with the Reverend Michael Lamphire officiating.
