Donna Sarver

Donna Phillingane Sarver, 54, of S. Prince George passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018. Born February 11, 1964, she was the daughter of Herbert A. Phillingane (Bryan) and Virginia J. Wharton (Joe). Donna graduated Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's in Education and Virginia State University with a Master's in Administration. After teaching for 20 years within her community, she retired from Prince George County Public School System. She is survived by her loving husband, John M. Sarver; son, Joshua L. Sarver; daughter, Rachel V. Sarver; brothers, Mark Phillingane (Cathy), Adam Irvin (Mary), Chris Wharton; sisters, Amanda Allen (Rob), Kecia Wharton; nephew, Jacob; nieces, Sydney, Natalie and Olivia; other extended family members and cherished friends.
Donna requested a celebration of life. The family is hosting a Celebration of Life on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the Carson United Methodist Church, 17407 Halligan Park Road, Carson, Virginia 23830, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. If you have a happy memory you would like to share, please write it down and someone will read it during the celebration of her life.
