Dorothy Harris

Dorothy Stell Harris, 68, of Prince George, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Roscoe W. and Beulah Bailey Stell, and the widow of Kenneth W. Harris. Mrs. Harris retired after 41 years as a Pharmacy Tech. with Hiram Davis Medical Center, and was an avid sports fan. She is survived by two sons, Charles E. Williams Jr., and Gordon E. Williams both Prince George; a granddaughter, Charlotte Kendall Smith of Carson; two sisters, Mildred S. Price, and Joyce S. Woodard of Church Road; a niece, Sharon P. LaPrade of Church Road; and other nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 26, 2010 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard with the Reverend Barry Ginn officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park, Prince George. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
