Dorothy Johnson

Dorothy "Dot" Johnson, 86, of South Chesterfield, passed away July 26, 2018. She was born to Ollie and Alma Bell Johnson on February 2, 1932 and was a member of Matoaca Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; son, Robert "Danny" Crowder; and stepson, Adam Johnson. She is survived by her husband, Robert L. "Bob" Johnson; daughters, Ann Marsee (Richard) of South Chesterfield, April Mae Clark (John) of Carson, Beverly Emory of Disputanta, and Barbara Watson of Ettrick; son, Robert W. "Robbie" Crowder III (Margaret) of Stockton, Utah; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Virginia Brooks; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834 from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 29, 2018. A graveside service will be held at East Matoaca Cemetery, Memorial Ave., Chesterfield, Virginia 23803 at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 30, 2018, with Pastor Jim Parton officiating.
