Earl Brockwell

Earl M. Brockwell, 84, of Petersburg, went to be with the Lord after a lengthy illness on September 22, 2014. Mr. Brockwell was a U.S. Army Veteran. He retired from A.H. Robbins in Richmond, and in his later years he worked at Crater Vision Center. He is survived by his wife of 64 years; Millicent M. Brockwell; three daughters, Mary King and husband, Nat, Pat Walker and husband, Larry and Billie Jo Conner and husband, Glenn; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2014 at the New Life Baptist Church, 3018 County Drive, Petersburg, Virginia 23803 with the Rev. Willard Felton, of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church, officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to New Life Baptist Church, the Wounded Warrior Project or the SPCA. Arrangements by the Petersburg Chapel of the E.
