Earnest Sadler Sr.

Earnest M. "Buck" Sadler Sr., 72, of Chesterfield, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at McGuire Veterans Medical Center. Born in Petersburg, he was the son of the late Bernard L. and Minervia Lundy Sadler, and was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda "Duckie" Sadler. Mr. Sadler is survived by his wife, Barbara G. Sadler; his children, Ernie M. Sadler Jr., Harold L. Sadler and wife, Lisa, Ruthie Meyer and husband, Bob, Ronnie A. Sadler and wife, Natasha, Charles Sadler, Carl Sadler, Ricky Sadler, and Fanfan Oeillet; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandson. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 26, 2010 at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to McGuire Veterans Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Boulevard, Richmond, Virginia 23224.
